Stretching out his long legs Erebos sighed and hopped out of his covers and pillows. It had been about a week since he returned successfully from the Asylum with the hammer. Atro seemed pleased enough...well...enough for a dog like him anyways.

Laughing all Atro said was..."Have fun." What the hell does that mean... Erebos thought to himself while he roamed the moist sewers. Twitching his ears about at every drip and drop, he started to trot down a tunnel that lead back to the opening of the sewers...

Turning a corner he was abruptly snipped in the rear by another dog, rearing and growling maw wide and ready he paused and cocked his head in bewilderment....This small female is...? I expected an attack but...this? Still confused Erebos spoke teeth bared and head lowered..."You...are a Grunt..and i am to prove myself to you..yes?" No words came out of the slender yet strong female capos mouth. Her eyes remained on the male until she started to trot down the sewers.

Growling Erebos looked around and started to follow slowly. He was getting frustrated at the females 'games' and wanted her to get this over with. The idea of fighting a female made him a bit annoyed...and uneasy. Various thoughts swirled in his head...Is this a joke? Why isnt there any males attacking me...im huge compared to this girl. Shes got a rope on her? Why...HER of all dogs?

Before he could complete another thought he felt a sharp pain in his upper hip...then a sharper pain suck its way into his back. Growling and whipping around to get at the female he realized that she had again returned to the shadows...Smirking Erebos sat still, his back toward the slimy sewer wall. Her fighting style is designed to confuse and...bleed. Interesting. She's a quick dove. The female was quick but forgot to take off the rope...a fatal move. Twitching an ear Erebos seen her lunging for his neck. Snapping quickly, he grabbed at the rope...

Growling and snapping, landing bite after bite on Erebos's neck and head the female thrashed and yelled at him to let go of her rope. Finally a quick and loud trio of snaps caused Erebos to open his jaws...

*SNAP*SNAP*SNAP*

A small chunk of Erebos's ear was now missing...blood slowly starting for pool and leak from the small chunk of exposed flesh. "Stupid move missy..." Hissing he blinked and licked at his muzzle, eyes narrowed yet watching the females movements like a hawk. She was faster than him but one well placed bite would send her flying...

*SNAP*

A yelp rang out in the cold sewers as Erebos clipped the females back. Growling ever still, the male raced towards her mouth wide--snapping open and closed like a pair of silver scissors. The female backed away from the snaps but was too close to the wall to run away, like she had wanted to. Growling just as loud as Erebos the female raced forward and snapped at his face...

Ducking low just as she did that, Erebos exposed his head and scruff but...he got what he wanted. Clamping on to the females right leg he chomped down hard. That one well placed blow caused the female to roll forward yelping along the way. Erebos was too focused to be able to block the flexible females jaws from grabbing his throat....by then she had a firm grip and twisted horribly, ripping fur and some flesh along the way before landing flat on her back.

In a quick leap, Erebos pounced on the smaller female and roared in her face. Growling and snapping he wasnt concerned with gender...just getting the job DONE. Snapping, drool fell to the floor and onto the females face. Rearing upwards Erebos slammed his front paws down on the rope, chocking the female. Even so, the feirce female kciked and snapped, claws finding there way into his wounds. A kick to the groin and a pair of sharp un-clipped nails in his throat wound made Erebos's eyes sting.

Yelping a bit himself he growled and snapped until the female kicked hard enough to get him to jump off. Teeth bared she eyed the male and simply walked off into the shadows...

Blinking and still on edge Erebos sniffed for her..."Another TRICK dog? Oh no no! I dont THINK SO..." Gurgling a bit at the end of that sentence Erebos suddenly stood statue-still. Ears straining he thought he heard a pawstep...from...above? Finally, he flicked his head upwards at the words of a superior that was apparently watching the fight...

"Dont follow her dog. Your TEST is done."

I hope thats ok!

I tried to avoid having DeLucci "talk" for the most part.
And at the end...i imagine either Lenny...Atro...or one of the Elites saying thats enough to Erebos.

I HOPE HE CAN BE A GRUNT NOW
